MONOLO Hair studio & spa CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us here at Monolo Hair Studio & Spa, it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, in addition to the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
FOR ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS:
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE MAY RESULT IN A LATE FEE OF 20% OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT COST. TO AVOID THIS FEE PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY AND ALL APPOINTMENT CHANGES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
No Refunds
Monolo Hair Studio & Spa does not issue refunds.
Satisfaction guarantee
If there is something about your service that you are not satisfied with, please inform us within **THREE** days of service and we will make the necessary modifications to your satisfaction at no cost to you*.
*If a modification is needed from an error on the clients part then there will be cost involved to cover any additional product needed.
** If after 3 days you find there is something you are not satisfied with a small deduction can be applied to a modification at the discretion of your service provider.
ALL modification appointments must be scheduled within EIGHT days of ORIGINAL service date.
